I just want to start by saying that Minecraft is one of my favorite games. I love exploring the world and mapping it for my map walls. But one thing I don't like about it is the lack of biome transitions. It just takes me out of the game so hard when I'm walking around a jungle, and it suddenly becomes a desert. Also, biomes are just boring to explore sometimes and there just too small. So heres my idea. All biomes should be dived between tropical, temperate, and Polar. All categories of biomes should spawn alongside of each other. Depending on how dry or wet the biome is. An example of a biome transition would be between a plain and a forest there should be a woodland between them. biomes and oceans should also be way bigger to be more realistic. some biomes should be very big like the desert to reflect the real-world same thing with plains. also, I think some biomes should be inspired by different parts of the world. Like the plains should be like the plains of North America and Europe. Or the desert should be like the Saharan Desert and Arabian desert. There should be whole biomes to be a transition such as a semi tropical forest inspired by the southern USA and a transition between tropical and temperate biomes. also there should be more mobs and structures to make biomes more ingesting and more transportation mobs to make it easier to travel.
