Make leads attach to other things than the player

Leads should be able to attach to other things than the player. For example: leads attaching to llamas to make a llama chain. Leads attaching to minecarts to make a minecart train. Same goes for boats. It would make transporting mobs and cargo a lot faster and less boring. There could also be a limit, like the lead breaks when there's too much stress.
