Frozen Effect

There currently isn’t a debuff quite like the one you get from Powdered Snow. Why not? I suggest a potion and or arrow that could be crafted using blue ice, giving blue ice a use that isn’t purely cosmetic. These Frozen arrows or Potions of Freezing would inflict the debuff given to you by powdered snow for a set amount of time shown on the arrow/potion like any other effect arrow or potion. I think it would add more use to the ice spikes biome.
