"End Arches" biome

Commonly in the End Dimension, the new End Arches biome would generate, consisting of large, 100-block-tall semicircles, 20 blocks thick. This would make the biome hard for all but the most skilled of Elytra-bearers.

Adding them to the dimension would make the End more enjoyable for all when exploring, while keeping the "desolate" and "alone" feel of the dimension originally intended in 1.9.
