Add a bird stand/perch for parrots

There should be a stand or cage or something for parrots. Something craftable and positionable in your bases that allow you to transfer a parrot from your shoulder to the item for them to stand on.

    Maybe the Parrot could also call out if it sees a hostile mob while on it's stand, giving the player an early warning if something has found it's way into their base.

    I feel that a parrot stand/perch should appear different based on what wood is used to create it, and as someone else suggested, when placed on the stand/perch, that the parrot can act as an early warning to the player in the area (expand its mimic effect by a few blocks) while it is on the stand. This would make them more useful in game and give the players a reason to bother with them beyond being completionists. 
    And by expanding its ability while perched, it can be explained that having a higher vantage point allows it better sight alignment to encroaching threats.
