Visible enchantments (texture)

Change the texture of enchanted items to have an overlay which would provide a preview of the enchantment. Enchanted books would also have such an overlay. May be a bit of work but would really improve enchants in Minecraft. Is possible, maybe even particle effects for some enchants such as flame on bows or fire aspect on swords. I’m pretty sure this can be done with resource packs but would be very nice in game. And
