Note block update

This would add dynamic features to note block besides the note. 1. Volume control Right click a note block to increase its volume 2. Note length control (for instruments except drums) Be able to lengthen the time a note block plays a note by right clicking the note block with red stone dust 3. Custom disks in game Using a note block, sculk sensor diamond and copper. You can craft a sculk recorder which would record any sound when powered within 20 block radius. The disks have a limit though, after 10 minutes, it would stop recording. To make a custom disk, you record audio on a disk template, to make, you need diamond, stone and dye to make a disk template.
