Bedrock edition Cached Data Usage

You should be able to use texture packs and mods that are in your cached data. For those who don’t know, when you join a world with a mod or texture pack, after it is downloaded it is sent to your cached data. I feel you should be able to use texture packs and mods that are in this section for yourself. This way you can play a mod with your friend, and play it by yourself if you’re interested.
