Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Resurrection plants

As Resurrection plants can go 7 years without water and are desert plants I believe you should be able to very rarely find them in the desert in a shriveled up state and if you use a water bottle on them they expand into their hydrated state. If the plant is broken when dehydrated it would drop nothing but when hydrated they drop the plant the plant can then be used as decoration or if the player dies while holding the plant it would act like a totem of undying. As to allow more of these plants to be found even if the original ones have been destroyed they could have a chance to spawn when lightning strikes sand or possibly a cactus in the desert.

    Making it like a totem of undying is too OP, but maybe it could heal the player, or give a health boost, or make them slowly regenerate.
