Custom death messages

So just like capes, there are customizable death messages. This is only if you have the thing. It should be rare like capes. First make all the death messages one thing. Ex. Player fell into the void. If you had the custom death message from a minecon per se, you could make it ex. Player fell straight to hell. Pls add this and if you do give me a custom one.
