Magic wand in survival mode for creative feeling

A wand in survival mode obtainable trough a difficult challenge wich makes u capable of spawning any block,creature,egg,ect ( i must say it becomes like creative mode so it needs a energy source of some kind wich still makes u dig ( i would say it let it use junk blocks as fuel and every “spell” a different kind of amound of junk required to create a another block ))
