I would like for more creator-type tools to be added to Java Edition that already exist in Bedrock Edition. The thing I personally want the most is custom player model animations which are very doable in Bedrock Edition but very hard / cheaty in Java Edition.
I would also encourage more things related to earning money. Bedrock Edition already has Marketplace, and while Skins and such should stay as they are in Java Edition, I do not see why creators could not sell maps and minigames in a Mojang-supported platform? Currently a lot of the proficient map creators are only making maps in Bedrock edition as they have a chance to earn something for their time there. This is slowly killing Java Edition for a lot of people, as a big part of why it became as popular as it has was playing those highly constructed expert maps.
There are some other things too, like introducing ways to properly monetize servers, which would encourage innovation in the space. Currently you realistically have to be a big server or have to become pay to win to stay floating, though I can understand this one.
Overall, I would like there to be some extra tools to use for Creators, Developers and so on, as this is what makes this game create to me. Otherwise, it will start to feel more and more like a simple "childrens game" as many adults have called it over the years.
