Superflat world Gen options for Nether and The End

I would love to see options added to the superflat worldgen options so that not only is the overworld customizable but the Nether and End as well.

Nether:
I would like so see presets for things like; Standard (default Nether generation), Hollow (standard bedrock floor and ceiling with no other blocks between), No Ceiling (similar to overworld default superflat, minecraft:bedrock,4*minecraft:netherrack with no bedrock ceiling), Void (self explanatory), and I'm sure there's more people smarter than myself could think of. Perhaps also a separate option, boolean, netherbedrockceiling true/false, that way we could have something like standard nether generation but replace the bedrock ceiling with netherrack. 

The End:
This one is a little more tricky. Perhaps presets for Standard (default End generation), Void (self explanatory), Super Flat (similar to overworld default superflat, minecraft:bedrock,4*minecraft:endstone), Main Island Only?

I'd also like to see an option under each dimension to have standard biomes. Right now the entire world can be set to a single biome but there should be options to do single biome or generate biomes according to the world seed. In a superflat this would be excellent for build and test worlds where the player may want to build/test biome dependent things without having to create an entirely new world just for biomes. This option should be available for all diminutions, overworld, nether and end.
