Elytra rework

Nowadays, every server/single-player player uses Elytra, the only traveling method. I think Elytras should get reworked/nerfed to give minecarts, horses, mules, or even camels some use. Every one of them is a cool idea, but after some time it gets replaced with the end game Elytra. Buff minecarts, give ridable animals more special abilities, and rework Elytra durability... that's all
