Pots need to hold items

Pots are currently lacking quite a bit. A great second use could be they could store a single. Imagine in a mini game or adventure map where you could loot the the pot for a chance at a diamond or emerald or maybe just a stick. There would be no GUI and the item probably wouldn't be visible. Unless maybe if it was a block it could be visible from the top. They could even have a redstone function where you'd get a different single depending on if there was a redstone block or dust or nothing at all.
