Nether Portal dig sites

Updating the ruined portals add sus gravel and sand. It would still have various gold objects and nether related loot, just having the more worthwhile loot in the sus blocks, fitting the "ruined" part of ruined portal better.

  Maybe it could be another variant? Having to always dig wouldn't be that enjoyable

  Maybe it would be better to have a chance of suspicious gravel instead of removing a chest because even in the beginning of a world players could get some loot.

  also if you have to use a brush the ruined nether portals would be useless early game

  freiggisfrey, that is a great concern, but doesn't the loot not be the best already? If they had better loot, it would be more worthwhile to have chests.
