Years of service cape (aka capes for everyone, yay)

I recently watched a Xayllernste's video were he proposed capes should be more common to fight the black market lurking for accounts with capes. While I disagree with making older capes more common (they legitimately earned them); I think capes should be more common from now on.
That's why I suggest giving players a special cape showing the number of years since they bought the game, just like Steam's Years of Service badge.
The cape will be given once an account is 1 year old, and the design will be changing as years pass by. Maybe every 3 years, just like Steam's badge.
