Echo Spear

This echo spear is like a trident and can be thrown. It's crafted out of 2 Echo shards and one piece of iron.

When the echo spear lands it breaks blocks in a 10 degree radius in all directions and emits the particles that sculk shriekers use when shrieking and applies 15.5 hearts of damage to all entities in the radius It can use all the enchantments a trident has and can be fired by a bow or crossbow to deal 20 hearts of damage to entities and break blocks in a 15 block radius instead of 10.

I think this would be a cool feature for 1.21.
