Suspicious Stew time elongated

If you could make suspicious stew's timer longer, see 2 of the same flower, 2 nether wart, 4 redstone and a stew in the middle makes it the same as a basic level potion, but it obviously doesn't stack, etc. You could actually take, craft and use stews in gameplay, without doing a whole brewing setup, and would allow for effects in peaceful.
