Fog/ Foggy Rain

Fog in minecraft is smth that many people remember, it was there in the initial days of the game but was later removed; Maybe it could be brought back to alert when rain is coming?

Fog could be a new weather that shortens the player's vision. Not much to say except it's the old fog effect slapped into modern minecraft; outside of that, fog could be pretty much like a warning for when rain will come.
There could also be ANOTHER weather called the "foggy rain", which is basically just rain and fog combined :I
