Half Slabs (and stairs) of (most) Everything!

What is this?: Essentially, my suggestion is that every (or at the very least, most) of the building blocks in Minecraft should get a half slab variant. Natural stone was given this feature recently and I think that a lot more blocks could benefit from this.

What does this accomplish?: This would expand the builder's shape variety for some color of blocks that don't have a complex shape like stairs or slabs (terracotta, concrete, etc). This also allows for smoother shapes on smaller scale builds that use these blocks. As well as allowing for more colored stair options, as currently the only ones available are mostly wood, stone, or textured blocks like prismarine, purpur, various bricks and alt-stones. There's really no option for orange, blue, green, or pink stairs.

Additionally, this could also lead into having other cut blocks like fences/walls available.
