Better Horses you can call with a horn

Horses (and other movement based animales) are anoying to transport. They dont teleport like Dogs or cats. If you could "train" them to come to you when you play a specific horn (they could teleport near the player and then walk to them) and also make them faster and be able to swim slowly, that would make them have a propper use again.
