add roman scissors

the romans scissors whas a roman melee type with a crescent form for the attack and a type of gauntlet in the rest,this gun was originally used by a gladiator class called cissors and this gun has would have two variants,a iron one and a netherite one,this gun is verry fast like the old combat swords,but it has only one of range.                                                                                                                                                            but it deals the same damage like the iron sword for the iron version and the same thing too for the netherite version
