Make it easier to turn concrete powder into concrete

Concrete is a great decorative block but making large amounts is slow and painful, especially on Bedrock. There should be some way to craft concrete powder into solid concrete in bulk. It could be at a cauldron full of water where you can remove a layer of water to convert up to a stack at a time. There could be a crafting recipe but it would probably need a way to put more than one concrete powder into a crafting slot for a recipe, otherwise it would end up being barely faster than current methods.
