Controller deadzone

Controller players need a dead zone option. It would be so simple to add and it would make playing Minecraft on a controller easier and more smooth. There is NO reason not to add this simple game mechanic that is in virtually all other games. It is so frustrating if you are trying to do anything with precision such as simple pvp. As there is no input until your movement stick is almost fully activated and your crosshair flicks to the other side of the screen. Please add this, it would make our experience so much better

    This is a serious issue that I feel like is neglected for the poor console players. Minecraft, please add this feature to give console players a chance to defend against the PC crossplayers.

    note: this is actually a major balance issue as the deadzones make it nearly impossible to fire a bow or crossbow accurately on console. Seriously, please fix this issue to make PvP more fair.

    Ive seen so many suggestions about this page some nearly 2 years ago. Can we please just dedicate one week to build this feature to improve all controller players gaming experience

    Please fix the deadzone on controllers. Trying to play Minecraft with any precision on a Switch 2 is futile.
