Ambience to the Overworld (1.21??)

The Overworld feels so lonely and unsettling at times. Adding minor sounds like wind or birds chirping would make a great addition to the Overworld. Mojang have proved they can do this with the 1.16 update in the nether and it was an amazing update with the ambience alone. Can we get something like that in the Overworld or maybe even The End?
