Metal chests or more compact storage

A mod on Java uses metal chests to upgrade storage with iron gold diamond chests that all gain more slots of storage as you upgrade. I think as you play the game obviously you have a lot of stuff and it’s a lot of clutter especially when you are a more advanced player with giant automatic farms. Bigger chests with more storage capacity could be a well liked quality of life improvement to the game especially as we get more new blocks every update.
