It is a craftable version of iron armor that gives you potion effects. Strength, speed, and jump boost get new levels being level 4 potion effects at a full set. As in strength IV, speed IV, and jump boost IV. But what about other enchants like poison, harming, water breathing, Regen and others. Well, harming acts as a vampire effect but you will need all pieces of armor to get the full effect. Anywho harming acts as vampire stealing 2.5 hearts from mobs and 1.5 hearts from players per hit. Poison will act as a better version of thorns giving your opponent poison if they hit you and if you hit them, but poison only goes to level 3 but makes you more resistant to poison so you take less damage with a full set. Regen only go to level 3 but makes you lose hunger slower at a full set. Healing potions give you 2.5 hearts per piece unless you have a full set once a full set is being worn you get an extra 2 sets of hearts. Water breathing will effectively make you an underwater explorer acting as a portable powered conduit but adding a slight increase in swim speed. Turtle master potions won't be needed as we will use scute for turtle armor giving you triple the swim speed, water breathing and resistance IV, but you move half the speed in land. Fire resistance will make you move quicker in lava as well as making you fire proof. Night vision will only have a helmet acting like goggles. Slow fall only has boots. Weakness can give your opponent 25% attack debuff. I like this idea
