Convert deepslate into other variants (not cobbled)

I mainly use a silk touch pickaxe when I'm going out and about in my world. This includes strip mining. However, I want the ability to convert the normal deepslate into other deepslate variants like polished deepslate, deepslate tiles, etc. The same thing happens for stone where instead of the cobblestone being used to make different stone variants, it uses the normal stone.
