1.21: Beautiful Biomes

So you might know that we are eventually going to get the three biome revamps from the biome votes, but what if 1.21 added these, plus new biomes as well? I won't go over the features announced for these biomes here - you can find them online - but I suggest that 1.21 add these along with a new biome, the Wetlands! The features of this biome would be:

- Marshes

- Rivers winding through the biome

- Perhaps a variant of the oak tree exclusive to this biome (not a new tree type, but new "branching" oak tree generation.)
