(Bedrock Parity) Biome specific water

Java should have the same water colors as Bedrock. Bedrock has specific water colors for each biome, with the color matching the theme of each place, even in "illegal" places like the End having purple water and the Nether having red. In Java there is almost no color variation and the water colors often clash with the surroundings.
