Goat Horn Expanded

The main idea is that goat horns should have an alternate item like the unused copper goat horn used for creating simple songs that can be played whenever you want. Here is how it might work:

You shift right click while holding this upgraded goat horn > It opens a menu that allows you to put a beat on a 25 line grid (same amount at the note block) a couple times, creating a tune that can be played by blowing the horn normally. It's kind of hard to explain it in text but it would act similarly to the Animal Crossing town tune system (with a Minecraft twist). 

To further improve this feature, make it so dispensers play the horn when activated! It makes the feature fun for casual, and advanced players. 

This could be so fun on multiplayer realms and servers, imagine making a village tune that you play every morning to alert other players! Or you have a danger horn to alert your friends that you need saving.

I know that 1.20 is out and this would fit more in with that update... but it is never to late to add something fun.
