Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Armour trims make armour stronger

Armour trims are incredibly hard to find and duplicate, so we should have them make the armour they are added to stronger.

    I believe that armor trimming should be a "reforging", with an increase in some characteristics at the expense of others.
    For example, adding various stiffening ribs to any piece of armor will add strength, but will slightly degrade protection. The stiffening ribs can be like on the Maximilian armor or like on antique muscular armor, or create an ornament of any shape.

    Stronger how? Protection IV Netherite and Diamond Armor already have a Protection value of 96%. Current enchantments already make it unlikely for high level gear to break. And with 16 templates and 10 materials that's 160 different combinations of trim for each armor, so giving each one a unique effect without making potions and beacons useless would also be difficult (are there even 16 positive status effects to begin with?).
