Zombie Horses, skeleton Horses and Spawn Eggs

Allow zombie horses to spawn naturally in both Minecraft Java and Minecraft Bedrock, make the skeleton horse in Minecraft Bedrock the same as Minecraft Java, make it possible for both zombie horses and skeleton horses once tamed to be possible to equip saddles and armor like the normal horses and last but not least allow spawn eggs to spawn naturally as rare treasure chest finds in both Minecraft.
