Precision Lamp

This suggestion is to add a new block light source, the Precision Lamp.

It is crafted from a Nether Quartz Crystal surrounded by four Redstone Dust and four Glowstone Dust.

The amount of block light it gives off is equal to the redstone signal strength at it's location.

It's model is similar to the Redstone Lamp, but the edges and lines are quartz colored while keeping the shape and color of the five orange-y glowstone-y blotches on each face.
