Bamboo block under note block (bamboo lyre)

Make it so that putting a note block on top of a bamboo block makes a bamboo lyre sound.

    I think the sound would be so pretty! the bamboo lyre instrument feels like an instrument that would fit perfectly with minecrafts mellow, cheery or somber sound. I can already imagine all the beautiful songs people could make with the sound

    As someone who has played a lyre, it would look great, a sound has not been added for a long time for the musical block, although I think it would be a little extra, there are similar sounds but that detail would be nice
