make Horse and donkey easier

Im thinking about all the times I get off my donkey or horse to sleep or mine something and they run off.

I am suggesting that if you dismount, the horse would stay in a 10x10 area or so, and only roam in that area. maybe if you are running toward them they will walk in your direction so you can mount easier. it's a pain to always have a fence and lead, (and sometimes dig a hole) to keep your horse put. 

Also, mules can have armor and chests, and camels can have chests on them as well.
