Unlocking capes from achievments in Bedrock

I think unlocking capes from completing achievments would be very useful as most people only have the pancape and would like more capes. For example, completing an achievment with 30 gamerscore or more would give us a cape to unlock. We can also purchase capes from the marketplace, or the cape section, this would make it so we can buy them easily

    We need everything to return like legacy, minecon and birthday skin packs so players can have the chance to get them again
