New Mob: Withered Hag and New Nether Biome

Withered Hags are strange new mobs that maybe could spawn in the Withered Forest Biome in the  Nether. They are the Wither equivalent of a Piglin brute. They stalk the forest until they come across the likes of you. They have 3 attacks: 1. They conjure up minions to do their bidding. 2. They hurl mini skulls that explode at you. 3. They create waves of fire that are blue.

P.S. could you please recommend the best mob ideas to put on feedback?
