Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Turntables, Bobbins, and magnifier mirrors.

Add positioning Turntables, Bobbins, and magnifier mirrors.
 
turn tables can rotate what's on top of it as well as anything stuck to it, perhaps a chunk limit can be added. it can be placed upside down on the ceiling, horizontally on a wall, or on the ground.

Bobbins can be used to hold a length of chain and can ravel or unravel using winches or a turntable and redstone. Bobbins can be placed horizontally on a wall, or on the ceiling or ground.

 
mirrors can be made from silver, and can be used to focus light. players can cover 5sides of either a Froglight, Redstone Lamp, Sea Lantern, Shroomlight with mirrors to produce a focused light on the uncovered side. the uncovered side is always opposite the surface the player clicked to place the block on.
 
 
I want to build some functioning bridges, lighthouses, and windmills.
