The new old Damage Tilt is very off-putting

I've been made aware that the current damage tilt behaviour (1.19.4+) is in fact how it was intended.

I, however, and I assume many others actually find this new behaviour very off-putting. It actually annoys me a lot how different it is. When playing, it is significantly noticeable how different it is. This may sound like an exaggeration, but I really feel like quitting the game and going back to an older version every time I get damaged.

When a "bug" has been present for 10+ years, it is no longer a bug, it is the expected behaviour.

Probably only a very small subset of users still remember the original behaviour or want this, and for the rest of us it is an unwanted change.

I am aware that there is an accessibility option to turn off damage tilt, but this is not the desired fix. I just want the "old" damage tilt back that has been in the game for 10+ years. For now I will be relying on mods to revert the behaviour, but I am a bit hurt that a change with so much impact on the experience playing the game has seemingly been pushed without much community communication.

  For me the new tilt make the game unplayable. It gives me such motion sickness that mobs do more damage irl than ingame. It also changes where the crosshairs point which makes combat even worse. Why remove accessibility now?
