Ghast Tears Keep Coral Alive Outside of Water

In universe, Ghast Tears appear to have regenerative properties. They are used in Regen potions, and in End Crystals that heal the Dragon. I suggest that Ghast Tears are also given the ability to keep coral blocks and items alive without having to touch water, as the Ghast Tear would help keep the coral regenerating and hydrated. This would work identically to using honey on copper, with the exception that you'd use a sponge instead of an axe to remove it.

This change would make building with coral more accessible and less limiting, while also giving Ghast Tears more of a purpose.
