Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Netherite Axe should be able to instantly mine logs and planks with Haste 2

Netherite tools are really underpowered when compared to the effort you need to go to to get them. Especially now you need a smithing template. It's not too much to ask to have netherite axes actually be a noticeable upgrade compared to diamond by increasing their default mining speed just a bit higher so they can instantly mine logs when combined with Haste 2.
