Translator Block

The Translator block can translate books written in obfuscated text. It translates them into normal text, or for some books, it could translate them into Knowledge Books. (This could go into Enchanted Books)
Where you can get these books can be from Suspicious Sand and Suspicious Gravel.

I think that getting books that are Enchanted or actual recipes should be rare, while if they just have text, it could say things like coords to structures, hidden chests, or trail ruins. But usually, it just says some random stuff about Minecraft lore.
