Crossbow buffs and firework java parity

Crossbows have always seemed kind of neglected and underpowered since they were released. The enchantments for crossbows are bad with multishot only letting you retrieve the middle arrow (Which means you must actively miss the middle arrow and land one of the others to preserve ammo) and not allowing more than one arrow at a time to do damage. I think that a few buffs are needed for this weapon to be a viable contender to the bow. First: piercing should either increase damage or go through armor (kind of like a potion of harming). Second: multi-shot should allow all three arrows to deal damage. I also think that crossbow fireworks on bedrock should deal more damage and explode on impact like their java counterparts.

    Relates to MCPE-52675 which is about how Fireworks shot by Crossbows do not explode on impact with entity or blocks.
