Burned wood planks

Burned wood would be made from any type of planks. if lightning strikes it,(it= planks) it can go under about 5 planks in a row and then there you go burned wood😁😁

    WOuld they have a chance to turn into charcoal when broken? WOuld silk touch be needed to avoid this?
