Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Saddles, Treasure to Junk

Why? Saddles take up storage in player's inventory mainly due to their slightly unique inability to stack with the same item, and obstruct their fishing time. With proper enchantments, instead of Saddles being concidered Treasure to Luck of the Sea and overall fishing chances. It could have lower chances of being fished up via being concidered a Junk item. Giving more storage oppertunity to players inventories and their chests.
