Add Arch-Lich Boss Fight

so I had an Idea for a new dungeons mini-boss, and you know how all the dlc bosses are really easy? this ends today. The Lich spawns in the ruined fort, and will immediately start summoning undead creatures and throwing his staff at you. when you try keep your distance, he will start firing soul skulls which burn blue.

in stage two, he will summon clones of himself that basically do the same thing but look see through. The Lich will also teleport around instead attacking you.

    I am slightly confused. You refer to the mob as an Arch-Lich in the title, a Lich boss in the main text, and a Lich mini boss in the PS. Which do you want it to be?
