Crossovers and performance

Crossover/general update:

• Subtitles across Bedrock
• Torch in offhand for better usability (inc this in Java if not already a thing)
• Items that give off light, emit light whilst held (saves installing Optifine) 
• Deco on shields
• Better system for splitting items (holding is tedious)

Performance: 

• On TP, blocks appear to disappear then reappear
• General lag whilst on the main menu and in-game menu
