topaz can be found in dry biomes, aquamarine can be found in ocean monuments, and uranium can be found in hot or cold biomes. uranium can be used an upgraded repeater. but being within one block gives you poisoning. desert villagers might give or ask for topaz instead of emeralds. aquamarine can be found beside sponges in ocean monuments and crafting them into a helmet can give you haste and dolphins grace.
